Oromia Council To Hold Urgent Meeting On Monday
Addis Ababa, October 5, 2018 (FBC) – Chefe Oromia (Oromia Council) will hold an urgent meeting on Monday.
The meeting will be held to pass the draft law prepared to reorganize as well as decide power and responsibilities of executive bodies of the regional state.
Habtamu Demise, communication affairs director at office of Chefe of Oromia, said the new draft law is expected to address problems being observed in the utilization of manpower and budget.
The Council is also expected to approve the draft laws prepared to establish an attorney general and to amend the Oromia Civil Servants Proclamation number 61/1994.
