Leenco Lataa was relieved from his duty in 1993, just 25 years
According to Gadaa Law, all Oromo nations are obliged:
1. to respect the Gadaa laws of the Oromo Nation;
2. to defend the Oromo land, Oromia and participate in its liberation;
3. to defend national unity and fight against all violations of the will of the people;
4. to participate in national struggle as may be laid down by Buttaa law;
5. to protect their families and children.
