At Last!! Saudi Arabia And Its Allies Publish ‘The Red List’!! This will shock you
(Howafrica.com)– Saudi Arabia has just published a counter-terrorism watch list. By joint agreement with Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain they have updated their list of individuals and organizations to be monitored.
It comprises 59 names, including 26 Egyptians, 17 Qataris, 5 Libyans, 3 Kuwaitis, 2 Jordanians and Bahrainis, Saudis and Emirati. There are also 12 organizations supported by Qatar in violation of the 2013 Riyadh Accord.
It is a precautionary principle against terrorism to clean up the sources of financing through the struggle against extremist ideology.
Saudi Arabia and its allies blame these individuals and organizations that threaten national security for hosting elements and organizations that threaten the national security of other states. And it is mostly organizations operating in Qatar or supported by it. This measure fell as a result of repeated warnings of failure to comply with the 2013 Riyadh Agreement and the 2014 Global Agreement.
And that led Saudi Arabia and its allies to sever diplomatic relations with Qatar, accused of financing international terrorism and rapprochement with Tehran, a major regional rival of Ryad.
The allies followed Saudi Arabia. On the African side, Mauritania, Senegal, Niger, Chad, Gabon, Djibouti and the Comoros Islands and Mauritius aligned themselves with the position of the Saudi kingdom. Senegal, which has not broken off diplomatic relations with Qatar, has just recalled its ambassador for consultation. For now, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, have shown a neutrality in this crisis that shakes the Middle East.
